Return/Exchange Policy

We strive to provide a great customer experience with every order. However, we make mistakes. (Shocking, I know.) Or perhaps that product just isn’t right for one reason or another. We detail our policy for returns and exchanges below.

At Trade as One we strive to make your customer experience enjoyable and hassle-free. Each of our products has a 45-day return policy. If you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, just follow the steps listed below for a smooth return or exchange process.

Please Note: Consumables, Undergarments and Sale Items are NOT eligible for return.

Return / Exchange Policy

Did we make a mistake?

If you received a broken or damaged item, or an item that was not what you ordered, we deeply apologize and would be happy to correct the problem. Please contact us within 45 days of the shipping date. All shipping costs and additional expenses will be completely covered by us.

If the item was broken/damaged: You do not have to send broken items back to us, but you must take a picture of the defect and e-mail it to (JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) including the order number, product name, SKU, description of the problem and your contact information. We will send you a replacement item, free of cost.

If the item was an incorrect item but is still in good condition then we ask you to send it back to us. Contact us within 45 days of the shipping date and we will send you a shipping label so you may send it back to us. Once we receive the item/s, we will send you the correct item/s you ordered. All shipping costs will be covered by us.

Do you want to exchange a purchase or gift?

In order to exchange an item you must first return it us within 45 days of the shipping date. Please e-mail (JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) with the order number, product name, SKU, description of the problem and your contact information.

Then proceed to return the item to the address listed below. Once we receive it we will send you a gift certificate code, via e-mail, with the value of the original item/s. You may use the gift code to purchase whatever items you wish. You must cover the cost of shipping.

Did you change your mind about your purchase?

If you simply want to return a purchase, please e-mail (JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) with the order number, product name, SKU, reason for return, and your contact information. Products must be unused and in perfect condition, and please return the order paperwork as well. When we receive the item we will send you a gift certificate code, via e-mail, with the same value as the returned item. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping your item back to us. The original shipping charge is not included in the gift code amount.  We will accept returned items within 45 days of the original shipping date.
